| Posted: 24 Sep 2010 11:38 PM PDT Lecture series forum Casper College and the University of Wyoming International Studies Program will co-sponsor a forum, "Understanding Consequences and Opportunities of Rapid Social Change Inside China," at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, in Wheeler Auditorium, located in the Wold Physical Science Center, Room 103. The forum will bring together experts from Shanghai University, Shanghai Normal University and the University of Wyoming and address topics such as China's prospects after the global financial crisis, Chinese modernity and cultural change, Chinese civil society and its development, and China's world view and relationship with its neighbors. The forum is free and open to the public, and is also sponsored by the Wyoming Humanities Council.
