Charlotte man gets Fulbright grant Posted: 23 Sep 2010 09:10 AM PDT Posted: Thursday, Sep. 23, 2010 Nathan Bullock of Charlotte has been awarded a Fulbright grant for research and teaching abroad. Bullock majored in history and international studies at University of Richmond. He will spend the next nine months in Singapore conducting a geographical research project called "Creation of Cosmopolitan Spaces in the Global City of Singapore." He studied in Hong Kong as an undergraduate. The Charlotte Observer is pleased to be able to offer its users the opportunity to make comments and hold conversations online.
